   It has been more than three weeks since alloy wheels on my car were refurbished. My honest opinion - decent service and good value for money. + I was offered a quote, a price of the service did not change after booking a visit 2 months later. + New valves were installed and the wheels alignment was done. + The service done on time, as promised As a driver I feel satisfied. My car handles better now, feels more stable and fuel economy has slightly improved ( the tyres hold correct preassure now ).

   Having been quoted £450 by another garage for part rear bumper body repair, went to RandC smart repairs who quoted me £264. I immediately booked car in which was within a few days. The job was completed within a day (the other garage stated needed 3 days). Extremely pleased with the result. Nigel also replaced rear window brake light for an affordable sum to also save me money having to rebook in. Thank you Nigel & your team. A very, very happy customer.    I had a lot of scatches, damage to the bumper and panel damage near the indicator due to a concrete post. Nigel and Derek were superb. They replaced the panel, got rid of all the scratches and repaired everything my car looks like it was when I first bought it! I paid for a wax and shine on the body work. They did the inside valet and touched up my wheel rims as well. I'm so happy with the service, they exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much.

   Very unprofessional garage. If you love your car, avoid them. I had 3 small scratches on the rear bumper, and I asked them to touch paint them, of possible and to avoid repainting the entire element. They’ve disregarded my request and partially repainted the element, ruining the entire bumper. The car was less than a year old. You can see the result in pictures to convince yourself.

   I would think twice before getting my car fixed by these people! I had some rust on my rear quarter panel, which they fixed and painted for 440 pounds. After 3 months the rust was back at the same exact place. (This is a 2013 BMW, so not some 30 year old metal chunk). After I saw the rust is back, I took my car back to them and asked them to fix the car this time properly. Next day when I picked my car up, it was raining an pretty dark outside, so I didn't notice the difference in the paint. I left happy that my car is done again, only to notice after 2 days, when the sun was out that I have a two tone car now. My rear quarter panel is a different black. It has nothing to do with the rest of the car. I guess they just used whatever paint they had left in their shop. Definitely will never go back to this garage!
