For the last couple of years my chainsaw had been difficult to start and would cut out after running for a few minutes. I tried adjusting the tick over rate but still not running well,so decided to seek help. Googled “ Chainsaw Repairs “ and took it to Promow and to my surprise Lucas looked at immediately. Lucas was most helpful and was able to fix it whilst I waited and at an extremely low cost. Many thanks again.

Brilliant experience this morning - I took my lawnmower and shears to have the blades sharpened expecting to come back in 3 days. Lucas insisted on doing them for me straight away. He and his wife are helpful and friendly - great customer service. I cut the grass later on and it looks perfect (because the tools are working like new). I'd recommend ProMow to anyone. Thank you!
I was about to throw my 23-year-old Honda out after I damaged the blade. The drive cable hadn’t worked for years, it had never been serviced but it owed me nothing and I figured it was time to buy a new one. I saw a new petrol model for about £150 in Lidl but the reviews weren’t great so I took mine to Promow in the hope he could rescue it. It now looks and works like new and according to the guy in the shop “should last for ever… as long as it’s serviced regularly!”
I have just picked up my 2 stroke strimmer from Promow after years of taking it back and forth to the main dealer. For the first time in at least 3 years it works perfectly and starts time after time even when hot. Promow offered a fast, enthusiastic and very reasonable service and I cannot recommend them highly enough!
