Needed my watch strap replaced, tried everywhere in Hinckley but goldust was the only shop that could help me. It was a screw on type watch strap, the two ladies were so helpful in the shop. I would highly recommend A lovely shop too.
Always extremely friendly and helpful, fantastic range of earrings and rings to choose from and so lovely to still experience a local independent jewellers. Well worth a visit!
Took my little girl to get her ears pierced. Staff were brilliant with her and so professional & v helpful. It was over quick she hardly noticed. Thank you x

I bought a pair of stud earrings with stones in this shop for £550.00 , cash payment. However, when I bring them back to exchange for another pair, the shop owner said they only can buy in for £100. They says, that is the actual value of the stud earrings ( stones and a little bit gold ) and they are the only price they can buy in. I advice to anyone who intends to buy jewelries in this store or sell your jewelries for cash should avoid being scammed like me. Keep far away from this shop.
Excellent service! I needed the battery changing in my watch. The lady who greeted me on arrival was friendly and carefully assessed the timepiece. The battery was changed in front of me by an experienced chap who had complete respect for my pride and joy. Carefully removing the caseback, installing the same specification battery and delicately replacing the tiny screws, he was a pleasure to observe at work. Job done in a very short time and at very reasonable cost. What a great local jewellers who obviously do well at looking after their customers. Highly recommended!
My daughter had her ears pierced here today. Grade A sevice - lovely staff that were beyond professional and patient - plus lollipop after and very competitive rates (half the price of Claires). Couldn't recommend enough. Thank you!
