   Service Used: Ring resizing (1 silver ring, 1 gold engagement ring) Cost: £120 I brought two rings to this jeweller for resizing, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Silver Ring: After resizing, the silver ring now has a noticeably uneven and distorted shape. I find it strange that they were unable to resize it evenly, leaving it looking poorly finished and unattractive. Gold Ring (Engagement Ring): The gold ring has a large central stone and multiple small side stones. I had to return it five to six times due to ongoing issues, yet the problems were never properly fixed. • The side stones now appear to be covered in glue and have lost their original shine. • The main stone is loose and makes a clicking sound when the ring is shaken. • The ring was initially resized to the wrong size, to the point where I couldn’t even put it on. Instead of correcting their mistake, I was told that I had chosen the wrong size and they resized it up by one, leaving the ring far too big for me to wear. Customer Service: Despite multiple visits, they refused to properly fix the issues, seemingly because I had already returned so many times. This is especially upsetting considering the gold ring is my engagement ring. Overall Experience: I am now left with: • A misshapen silver ring • A damaged engagement ring that doesn’t fit • A bill of over £100 for substandard work I will never return and would not recommend this jeweller to anyone looking for professional or careful ring resizing.

   I broke the chain on a very fine necklace. I went to one of the big jewellers in town who were quoting at least 6 weeks and they advised to try Sapphires. This repair was done immediately with no cost at all. Absolutely fantastic service and everyone was so friendly. I will definitely recommend to friends.

   Fantastic staff , brought my 1 year old daughter today to have her ears pierced. Lovely wide range of earrings to choose from. The gentleman who marked my daughters ears was fantastic and so calm with my daughter, the piecing was done super quick that she hardly noticed they had been done. Thank you again

   I had a Daith piercing done here and can highly recommend it. Professional and experienced, and put me at ease. It’s also cured my migraines - incredible! I’ve been back since to have a hoop fitted and it was a smooth and quick process. I would recommend for anyone to have a Daith piercing done here, especially if you suffer with migraines.
