   If I could give 0 star I would The man there middle aged he looked is extremely rude and sarcastic making up gold prices that were extremely high compared to other shops saying “you don’t know gold”and laughing in his language with other worker in the shop if you want to get robbed and scammed come here or beat to avoid at all cost this business isn’t nice to customers. So much better gold shops in Coventry then this one

   Bought a ring and bangle as a gift, waited a week for adjustment on ring as they didn't have the size we wanted. When didn't notice until a day later there was fine scratches which you had to look at under a light. Went to the shop the 2nd time to rectify this, they offered a refund to be fair I wasn't happy as this turned in to a 2 week wait from when I 1st went into the shop as the s There was another customer in the shop and the shop reputation was on the line so he offered to polish the ring but I had to leave it with him for a week.. The price of items are above average compared to 2 others local jewelers in the same area. I only went in because of the old owner who is not there as he sold the shop, but we still bought a few things from this shop..
