Fantastically helpful and not afraid to recommend other watch repairers if more appropriate. They didn’t charge us a thing, just explained that the watch was a wind up, not a battery. So, so helpful. Will definitely use again!

Amazing customer service! I had a bracelet repaired and the whole service was great from the beginning to the end! My bracelet looks great and it was repaired really fast. I would recommend them 100% and will use them again for sure!

After visiting a number of jewellers in Warwick looking for an engagement ring, I found the perfect one at TJF Jewellers, who have a fantastic range to choose from. The guys are extremely helpful and welcoming, and even offered a free resize which was done within a couple of hours. Truly great service 10/10
Wonderful service! Very happy with my wedding ring being resized - especially as I had been to a few other jewellers and they had said they wouldn’t be able to do it as it was a difficult palladium mix! Definitely recommend - very personal and friendly service
