   Great service great prices and a great experience. I have bought four watches over the last year and Liam has looked after me fantastically from day one. His knowledge of watches is second to none and he provides great confidence when purchasing. Liam has kept in contact with me to inform when items can be collected and really provides a personal touch. I have been delighted with every watch I have bought, enjoyed the whole experience within the shop whenever i have visited and will always return. Liam and James Moore provide a great professional experience with very competitive prices and have always left me feeling very satisfied after each visit. I cannot recommend them enough.

   Ordered my new watch online, it came so quickly and even got an unexpected discount on the website so I was very pleased. I walked into the store on the weekend and in seconds was served by a lovely gent (sorry can’t remember his name) who helped me by adjusting the bracelet a couple of times until it was just right. He also fixed the date for me and explained to me how automatic watches work which was very helpful as it is my first one. The lady behind the counter was also very nice. Overall great experience.

   Watch is okey . I called them and told them to remove link as my hand is 7.25. The guy over the phone said. Ok he will but he didnt do it. So i am disapointed about there service. This is very unacceptable. If u cant do it This is bad customer service. Update ♻️ After contacting them they have refunded me 5£ costing for fixing the link in timpsons. Had show them the recept. Thanks to u.

   This jewellery shop is an amazing find. The staff are super helpful and such an honest team. The store manager Liam is so helpful and obliging. There was a nice selection of jewellery and the valuation service is fantastic. It is the first jewellery shop I’ve been in to where they were not all about making money, but rather about providing a first class service to customers. Thank you Liam and team!

   Recently found this gem of a Jewelers whilst my partner was looking for months before Christmas to find the perfect watch,no other shops seemed to stock what he was after but this shop had a massive choice of quality watches to choose from...Whilst there I made a few enquiries about having a new silver Cross made to replace the one I already had which was thinner than I wanted it to be,after a few discussions I went ahead and had a new one made,I couldn't be happier with the results...Everyone who works in the shop were always pleasant to deal with and did quite a few minor repairs there and then,nothing was too much trouble,the gentlemen who I mainly dealt with definitely went above and beyond to make sure that both he and myself were happy with the finished product..Also had engravings and a couple of rings re-sized which came back perfectly done...Will be recommending to friends and family for sure...Many thanks to Liam and everyone in the shop.

   Wedding ring repair. After being stung by a wasp on my wedding ring finger, which as a result became very swollen, I had to visit the hospital to get them to try and get my wedding ring off. The only way to do this was to cut it off. After my finger had returned to its normal size I decided to take my ring to James Moore for repair. I'm so glad I did. After measuring my finger they recommended that I should increase the ring size by 5 sizes for a more comfortable fit as it has been a bit tight for some years. I left it with them and a week later it was ready for collection. They had done a beautiful repair. The ring, which gleamed as it did on my wedding day, fitted perfectly and the repair had been done with such skill and precision, it was un-noticeable. I cant thank the team there enough. They are very friendly and professional and it was obvious that they enjoy their work and thrive to give their customers 100% satisfaction. I have another ring which could do with re-shaping a bit and will take it to James Moore without a doubt. I highly recommend them for any purchase or repairs. Many thanks again. Phil Stone
