   Customer service on Monday extremely poor. Assistant not much of an assistant! Not willing to show me or help with my purchase but instead went 'for a minute' to help another customer. Disgusting staff. H Samuels your staff need training if you want to continue in business!!

   I have been in this shop lots of times over the years and it's a staple of the great British High Street. Not the best looking store, but the staff are just superb. Welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy and you always leave feeling you've got the item you wanted. Follow up service for things like watch batteries and ring sizing has always been reliable and prompt. Love it.
