My family has been going to Tustains for jewellery for years, so it was the obvious choice for our wedding rings. My engagement ring came from there too, and both times the service was amazing. Jilly was so helpful when we chose our wedding bands — everything from ordering to engraving was quick and easy. The whole team are friendly and professional, and the quality is always top-notch. We’ve always had a great experience with Tustains and will definitely be back again!

My engagement ring was bought a year ago from Tustains, and the process of trying on and ordering was amazing. When we came back to get wedding rings, we worked with Jilly, who is really helpful. They offered lots of support, with quick ordering services, engraving and offers for buying all the rings at one place. To be honest, they have been fabulous for years, so we have nothing but great feedback! Thank you team - hopefully we'll be back soon for more...!
Here is my review again as they keep removing it! Totally lacking any kind of customer service. I went in to pick up my bracelet that they shortened for me, the scruffy man who was helping me went into the back to get my bracelet walked past me while I was looking at the jewelry, went to another counter and put my bracelet down and never even said anything to me. I went over to the counter and went to try on the bracelet to see if it was ok and even had to ask him to do it up for me, ( how rude) I wanted to purchase a bubble ring I saw in the showcase but decided against it as he put me right off buying anything there. The shortening of my bracelet was fine, his customer attention and attitude was awful! Would I ever go back there? NO
We went today 10/03/2023 to buy an engagement ring. Service was outstanding and restored my faith in jewelers. Special thanks to Caroline you were so lovely and kind, made me feel so special. Simon thank you for being there today, you adjusted my ring in the perfect time. Thank you Tustains
I took my late Grandfather's ring into Sustains to have the ring resized and polished. I cannot express how happy I am with the ring, but also the service from your company. Lovely stop, lovely people, and lovely items! Discovered Tustains when wanting a bespoke necklace made using stones we already owned. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and gave their views on how we could mount the stones after first assessing them fully and taking our ideas on board. We were delighted with the result and have recently returned to select an eternity ring for my wife. Again, they made the whole shopping experience extra special. We’re delighted with the ring, and I doubt my wife will ever bore of showing it off. Very special place, can’t recommend Tustains enough.
I bought a beautiful engagement for my lovely girlfriend in October 2020. Lisa and the team were so helpful and very kind and answered all of my questions with no worry.... would highly recommend if you want a ring with a unique and special feel to when you are looking and buying. I wanted a custom engagement ring and was recommended Tustains by a couple of friends. They were extremely helpful in going through all my options and finding a stone that fitted what I wanted and was within my price range. The ring was stunning and most importantly my fiancee loved it. I can't recommend them enough and will be going back for a nice Tudor watch as well in the future.
