   Hi My opinion on caravan and Motorhome services, I phone them for a price on fitting a solar panel. Which they were very helpful and also I had a problem with my fridge. We agreed on a time for me to bring the caravan to their workshop which I done travelling 100 miles each way. Following day I had a phone call saying the caravan is ready. Great I then got into my van to go and collect the caravan, yes 200 mile round trip but that was my decision. On collection there was a continuous beeping on the mains panel above the door, I was outside the caravan but to of the staff members went into the caravan they seemed to be rectifying the problem. Beeping went of, I then went into the caravan to find out if there is anything I should no about the solar panel to be told there’s nothing I need to do. I then notice how dirty the carpet was, they did offer to wipe it but I said don’t bother. Cutting this story short I got home unhitch the caravan to set everything up. Turning the controls on the caravan this beeping started again. I found out they hadn’t reset anything they just turned the power of. I phoned them to be told bring the caravan back we,l have a look. I’m cutting this story short again only to find they wired the solar panel wrong. Traveled 400 miles to wire the solar panel myself with there help over the phone. Really not acceptable. My fridge is now working on the gas but not mains electric which I was told that they did the test and everything is working fine. The cost that I payed was agreed on the phone but value for money NO. Hi Martin Many thanks for your phone call in response to my review. Having spoken to you and the reassurance that you gave me that this matter has now been dealt with in a professional manner and the compensation offered for the inconvenience and stress caused to me over this matter.    Earlier this week, I prepared my motorhome for a road trip. On the day of departure my heater beneath the van chose to leak and release water. I rang the dealer who sold me the motorhome and needless to say absolute no customer loyalty. No support. I then contacted Caravan & Motorhome Services, Caerphilly. From the initial contact with service reception, they immediately arranged for me to visit their workshops and repaired the heater. The customer service from this company was exemplary and was addressed at the highest level.

   We turned up less than an hour before they closed with a gas leak on our van, Martin served us and had Nathan look at it, they identified the problem, fitted the new part did all the safety checks and then when I mentioned my leasure battery wasn't charging they replaced that as well, which meant they had to remove and replace the drivers seat. Despite it going past their closing time they didn't complain or charge more. Excellent service highly recommended.

   Marvellous friendly service. I had issues with my Alde heating and not only did they cure the original fault they fully tested the system on both electric and gas and found a bigger issue which they fixed and all under my warranty. 100% will return and fully recommend.

   What an excellent team, so helpful, friendly and really know their stuff - we had our habitation checked just after we bought our motorhome and have just picked it up after a shower tray repair which was as quoted, faster than we expected and looks fantastic!    They did my roof repair while I waited as it's my only transport, they even checked the solar panel to confirm it's dead. My Alphard is not a standard conversion & finding a replacement panel will be expensive. Nigel phoned back when he said... always a sign of a good company... having explained all the options and as they are booked until August is going to keep looking for a cheaper better fitting panel. Can't fault them, all the staff I've met are welcoming & helpful, well worth the waiting for them to do the repairs.
