   Awful shop. Staff made mistake on delivery address, go back less than 24hrs to change address to recieve a call later to be told sorry can't change address. Come in and the manager will sort something out on an in store TV. To call in store to be given 10% off a more expensive TV. To then be told by the manager dealing with us to kurb our language, all I said to my wife was "we need a new printer, to which she replied not from here we get discount from rymans". I told him to forget it. 51 years of age and being spoken to like I'm a child

   I asked for some printer cartridges. The man behind the counter who I thought was following me back to the cartridges disappeared. I went back to the counter but 3 other colleagues had also disappeared. The one colleague left then ignored me. Instead choosing to untangle a cable. I then asked him about the first colleague. He explained that he had gone to get a fob to unlock the cartridges from the stand. The first colleague returned eventually with the fob and unlocked the cartridges I needed. Team knowhow? Dissapointing!

   Went into rugby store today as I had been having issues with an order that I did on line,the lady who delt with me (ROSE) spent ages on the phone to another lady Helen Wright who between them bother got my order sorted.I have had my faith restored in Curry’s by these to lovely people well done to you both.
