   Good price for the watch - a Garmin Epix gen 2 pro 51mm in Titanium. Ordered late on Friday and delivered on the Tuesday. They followed up by email to make sure everything was ok which I am pleased to say it was. Watch is superb - very pleased.

   I bought a watch off First Class's website yesterday. The sit was excellent, easy to navigate and unlike many watch sites, refiningmy search with their filter system worked a treat. I duly ordered my watch at about 4-30pm and by 10 am it was delivered. All perfect, well packaged and of course beautiful. I had a minor question which they clarified immediately. I found the entire experience really easy, all topped by prices that no other site could match. Great service thanks guys.

   The very best service and selection of watches I have ever seen. We went to First Class Watches a few weeks before we intended on purchasing a watch just to get a feel for a few to help me make a decision. Liam was there as happy and as helpful as one could expect. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. You felt like you'd known him a long time and that he would look after you no matter the budget. We came back after I'd been scouring their awesome website for a few weeks with a decision. I'd gone for a Hamilton Khaki Field Titanium Auto 38mm. We knew they had it in stock due to their website being really up to date and trustworthy. We went down and were the first people in store that day. We felt super welcome :) The watch was tried on amongst a few others just for comparison sake and I went for the Khaki Field as planned. Kate was the other member of staff working that day and she really went the extra mile, literally! She took a couple of trips down to their other site just down the road to bring me other watches to try on to help me with my decision. She didn't mind this one bit which just goes to show the level of commitment these two members of staff have when it comes to giving you an experience. Thank you so much Liam & Kate. I love my watch so much! See you again :)

   Great service. "First class" as the name suggests. Love my new Citizen watch. Only niggle was the watch needed further adjustment to fit as it was too tight, despite being adjusted for free by First Class Watches. Only cost me £5 to get the bracelet adjusted locally though and is now perfect.

   Came across their website when looking for my particular G Shock. I got this nearly £40 cheaper than the G shock website itself. Delivery was the day after ordering. As the name suggests, this is a First Class Watch selling business that I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
