My friends, family and myself were customers here for years. Sorry to leave a bad review but they ruined my great grandmothers antique ring which was bought from Knowle Jewellers a very long time ago. I originally went to just get my ring resized and they suggested that I needed claws putting on the ring to stop the diamonds coming out. I begged them not to mess with the original pattern, I was assured by the jeweller that they wouldn’t and that if they think the design is at risk they will call me. When I came to pick up my ring it was ruined. They charged me the full £140 and they said that it looked fine. They said I could just simply pay for engravers to fix it. I have since had alternative advice and been told that the ring design is ruined, the engravers could not rescue the original design and that I’d have to get the whole ring re-made from scratch, which would only be possible if someone had that exact ring design’s cast, which is near impossible considering it’s likely around 100 years old. I’ve attached the before and after photos, as you can see from the second photo they have melted the metal into the design completely, it looks like this on both sides. Although they did ensure the diamonds are safe with the claws, they did the opposite of what they promised, which was that they would not change the design of the ring. I leave a bad review because this jeweller has denied all responsibility despite clear photographic evidence of how it looked before I left it with them and did not offer any compensation or make any efforts to rectify the issue (which was later concluded by other jewellers that the damage cannot be rectified)
Best in the game!!! I have used this very talented jewellers for my wedding rings, which were beautiful and bespoke, couldn’t be happier. I have also used for several repairs in which have been done perfectly. If you want top quality work and service i couldn’t recommend this business enough. Lovely couple, wonderful service and really exceptional skill enlarging my husbands very thick twisted design wedding ring involving cutting it open, adding some gold and blending it being careful not to interfere with the engraving on the inside of the ring. Honestly can’t see where they’ve cut it, amazing job, can’t recommend this place highly enough.
Adrian and Kay give such amazing service and make beautiful jewellery. Really helpful, very friendly and dedicated. Had a bespoke piece jewellery made for my wife for our wedding and she loves it, it was perfect thanks to Adrian and Kays expertise.

This is the Best Jewellery shop ever, Adrian made a wedding band for me and adapted my future husband's mother wedding ring into a wedding band for him. Nothing was too much trouble, The rings were gorgeous. To top it all when we went to collect the wedding rings, they surprised us with a bottle of bubbly. Such a fantastic experience dealing with this Business Will never go anywhere else now
I love this store! I ran across it when I was in need of having a bracelet repaired. The owners are so nice and they did a great job fixing my bracelet that had a loose clasp. I also ended up taking in a necklace that over the years, the clasp had worn down. They replaced the clasp and the work was very affordable. I've also bought myself a pair of earrings and silver hoops for my daughter. They have a wide range of jewelry for sale to fit any budget.
