    I am extremely unhappy with resort solutions and it’s attitude to members during Covid. I like many others will be unable to use my time share this year and when I asked if I would be able to transfer my weeks or get a reduction in my maintenance fee next year all they did was quote terms and conditions to me. This pandemic is an unprecedented occurrence so I thought they could have at least relaxed their 8 weeks transfer time but no. But others who’s weeks are not affected will happily be able to use theirs at the cost of other members. I wonder how many other members are unhappy at this.
