Andrei is very professional in his work and is doing his job with passion. Puffy had the best groom. Was the first time when i chooses his services and from now on i will always come to him with my puppy. Thank you for doing a great job!
I have used these for my puppy since she was young and she loves going there and gets so excited to see Andrei. He does a great job on her groom and everyone comments on how cute she looks. Would recommend very nice and helpful and can always get an appointment fairly quickly.
Our 9 months Vizsla, Masha, stayed with Bubbles & Cuddles for 11 days, and we are so happy with the experience. Marta and Andrei are true professionals — organised, reliable, and experienced — but at the same time incredibly warm and caring with the dogs. They treated Masha like one of their own, and we received regular updates, photos, and videos that really put our hearts at ease. When we picked her up, she was calm, happy, and clearly well looked after. It’s rare to find a team that combines skill with so much love. We’re grateful to have found them, and we’ll definitely return!
After a disappointing groom at our previous groomer’s, Jude had her first groom at Bubbles and Cuddles today. It is by far the best groom she’s ever had. They listened to me and have given her a beautiful cut. Her coat is super soft and shiny. Jude was really comfortable there and I will be bringing her every 2-3 months from now on. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

I had brought our puppy to bubbles & cuddles for the first time to get groomed. Diesel is quite a big puppy so other groomers had denied him but I’d like to say how friendly the owner was. He was very welcoming reassured us and made diesel feel very comfortable. He knew what he was doing and was very patient since it was diesels first time who was quiet excited and all over the place. He kept us updated at all times by sending pictures and videos of the progress. The service was a 10/10 and the finishing was great. I definitely do recommend bubbles & cuddles.
We have used Bubbles and cuddles since first getting our cocker spaniel a year and a half ago. Andrei & Marta are lovely people, who really care about your pets needs and the service they provide is excellent. You get regular updates through out the day and they always try to fit you in (and succeed) at late notice. I would highly recommend them if you have a social doggy who enjoys being with lots of other dogs. Our dog is always so excited to go, which to me says a lot! They also provide a fantastic grooming service which we have used several times and have been really pleased with. 100% the best day care in Acton!
These guys are amazing!! we have been using their services for about 4 months now, and they have been super reliable and have never let us down! Our little puppy loves them and they do a great job of taking care of her! highly recommended.
