   Crazy Dog Lady have looked after my dog since she was a puppy in the early days of their business. They now look after both my dogs, one for over five years and one for nearly two years. There’s only a very small handful of people that I’d trust to look after my pups - they are my whole world - and I trust Crazy Dog Lady 100% and know I don’t need to think about a thing when they’re with them, and that they’ll love them just like they’re their own dogs and think about each dog as an individual little character. This peace of mind allows me to do a busy job knowing my pups are safe and loved when I’m in the office, and also live out my dream of actually being able to have dogs of my own - something I never thought would be possible really living in London! They’re also - the founder especially - very well qualified in dog behavioural understanding and recognising when a dog is in pain, as proven recently with one of my dogs. Paola even went so far to help to get the best vets to help diagnose my dog’s pain, when other vets just said “she’s fine”

   Paola and her team are brilliant - they have house-sat for us a number of times now and looked after our dog in the most caring way. They are extremely trustworthy and communication is brilliant. We knew our hound and home were in safe hands with them. Would highly recommend!

   Our Dachshund Bo, 4,5 years old, is going on walks with Crazy Dog Lady for quite some time now and she is enjoying it every single time. It took me a while to find a trustworthy dog walker, someone I can trust and is as good for Bo as we are. Twice a week she goes on daycare with Crazy Dog Lady and she already spent a few holidays with them. I love the photo's they send every day Bo is with them, it is great to see she is having a good time when away from home. Everyone at Crazy Dog Lady is a true dog lover and Bo loves them too! Thanks Crazy Dog Lady for taking such good care of my sweetheart!

   There is no one (except immediate family) that we trust with our pooch except the CDL team!! Our dog runs out the door and doesn’t look back when he goes for his group walks. We are SO grateful to live in an area that CDL operates. I don’t know what we would do without them!!

   I’ve been using CDL for almost a couple years now for my dog’s weekday walks, and also for dog sitting whenever I’m on holiday. Not only does my dog absolutely adore them and get excited when they come, but I’m at complete peace of mind that he’s in good hands when he’s with them. They are communicative about pick up and drop off, and they send photos from his walks, which I love. I researched a number of dog walking companies in the Maida Vale area, as my dog has reactivity issues towards bigdogs he’s, and I don’t have the luxury of letting just anyone walk him. CDL really takes individual temperament into account. They took the time to get to know my dog and his personality and quirks via 1:1 walks before easing him into his now-regular pack of other dogs that match his temperament. There’s no high turnover that I’ve experienced with other companies, and you and your pup get to know the same small set of walkers for consistency.

   The crazy dog lady is brilliant. We are so impressed with their service, they come and pick and drop my pup off and look after her so well. The walkers are so kind and lovely - I would highly recommend using them .
