   First session today, and after an awful experience at another contact centre, Sharron, Karen and Maisie made our experience worth 5 stars and more. They were so kind and helpful for the pre visit; making everything clear and giving me reassurance. Today they made my daughter feel welcome, and safe, lead a positive experience between her and father (she’s 2.5 years old.) they remained impartial, helpful organising the next session, flexible. They are all level 3 child care qualified and have long standing experience. The room is a lovely layout and the building is warm and friendly, with easy access and parking nearby. As the parent that does drop off there is enough to do locally. I could not recommend this place higher to any parent who needs to support their child doing contact with the non resident parent, I will forever be grateful to these three wonderful ladies.

   I ended up at this CC - But must say staff all are amazing I would name all staff to be amazing. So polite & Nice. Can’t not complain at all except say thanks Guys ❤️

   Great staff, extremely child focused. Made a terrible situation, that much more bearable. Extremely polite and caring staff completely un biased. The two main ladies in the Bristol office were always so helpful and considerate, a real credit to the company. The staff that wrote the reports were always polite and half the time you forget they are even there. Thanks for all your hard work guys, keep offering a great service.

   They let me child cry for 20 minutes after stating they will leave him for five minutes and brought him back to me which was a staff in charged called Sharon. Awful awful place and not focus on the child needs or care at all..!
