If you are thinking about using snuggles dog boarding and walking. Stop thinking and DO IT !!! Sammi is the absolute best. We got our puppy about three years ago and had used several other doggy day care establishments. Our dog always had lots of energy upon her return and clearly needed more enrichment and exercise. After Sammi’s walks she seemed really happy and calm clearing returning having had a lovely long walk filled with enrichment. Both me and my partner work shifts, Sammi is really flexible and was an absolute life saver at times. Sammi offers boarding in her home meaning when you go on holiday you are leaving your dog in a like for like home. Sammi’s communication has always been spot on and we always felt really happy and confident leaving our dog in her care. She provides all of the love and care you would give your own dog going above and beyond to assist us. Sammi love her little gang as if they were all her own. Our dog has been really well loved for years when we are at work by Sammi I would hate to have to use anyone else.
Sammi took out our dog Bertie for walks over a three year period twice a week. She knows all his likes and funny ways! Even now that Bertie is too old and unwell to be walked, Sammi still messages to check how he is - she really loves and cares well for all the dogs in her care. Sammi is an experienced dog handler and the dogs have super walks through woods and fields, rain or shine. It was so good to know that if we were out all day Bertie would get a fantastic hour long walk. Sammi is very careful, making adjustments such as early walks when the weather is particularly hot. We also appreciated how reliable and responsible Sammi is - she always looked after our house well when picking up or dropping back. We will definitely book in with Sammi when we have another dog and in addition would feel 100% confident using her for dog boarding if needed. Thank you Sammi!
Sammi is great and very knowledgeable about dogs. She understands they are individuals and you can tell she is a natural with animals. Sammi welcomes them into her family and is very careful and trustworthy. She always sends pupdates for reassurance which is lovely and it’s clear the dogs have a great time in her company. Sammi is fantastic - our mini dachshund walked with her and the gang for a year and had the best time. We wanted to socialise our dog and give him some variety during the week whilst we worked from home, and Sammi and her gang didn’t disappoint. She takes such great care of all the dogs and loves them as though they are her own. I always felt at ease knowing our little sausage was out having a fab time with her and was looked after so well. We were so sad to have to say goodbye to her and wished we could have taken her with us! I would highly recommend Sammi & Snuggles, even just for the doorstep chats at drop off time!
My dog stella has been going a member of the Snuggles gang for a year and a half (since she was a pup). She goes for group walks during the week and boarding on an adhoc basis. Sammi is brilliant, professional and includes your dog as part of the family. It’s stress free dropping Stella for boarding as Sammi knows all of Stella's needs (and little quirks). We always know Stella is having as much of a holiday as we are!
I’ve been with Snuggles dog walking for over 3 years. Sammi is professional, reliable and absolutely loves dogs. Even though my dog is scared to leave our house, it is great to see Instagram and direct photos showing what a wonderful time she has when she’s with Sammi. My dog Rocky has been part of this gang since 2014 and Sammie treats him as one of the family. I can't reccommend Sammie enough, she knows , loves and understands all her dogs. The best review I can give is that if I am at home when Sammie picks him up she is greeted with barks and a very waggy tail and off he pops into her van without ever looking back. He has also stayed with Sammie when I have been on holiday and it is great to get little updates and to know he is as happy as he would have been at home with me.
