Yuk! Really grim, grotty, and lacking in any clarity or organisation it would seem…. reception staff could easy be replaced by AI.
Really rude about returning items. Seemingly not understanding UK law around return of unwanted goods. Avoid the shop there!
Good facilities but the parking system is so annoying and the front desk is always understaffed. If you are bringing a child to soft play you have to: get them out the car and inside, wait at the understaffed desk together for 5 mins, pay for a parking ticket, take it back to the car, go back to the desk, wait 5 mins AGAIN, and then finally go in. The phone never gets answered and if you get stuck behind a regular you will have to wait for their conversation with the only staff member to end.
The soft play area was great but the staff manning it were very rude at the end. They need to be educated in better communication skills with the public who are paying their wages. It would be advisable for the manager to take note of this. It left a bad aftertaste to a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon for all the children and parents. Totally unnecessary.
They got a soft play area, pools, and gym under one roof. It's worth of their memberships
My kiddos have lessons here and it's pretty good. I've knocked a star off because of the booking system ans lack of availability for the family swim sessions. There's no way of booking using my kiddos' membership so have to book a weird way and it's REALLY hard to get a slot. Cleanliness has improved and most staff are friendly and helpful
Very good, has everything for fitness u can ask for, with a shop for fitness essentials, great staff, my 3 kids have swimming lessons here and won't be changing that, cleanliness is on point too... lockers do need a look at after it ate my pound once, I check them everytime now, changing room doors could be higher though as had a little kiddo looking over a cubicle, 4/5
The staff are fantastic and I love my time there in the gym. If your not familiar with the equipment they show you how to operate it and go round to make sure your ok. Hygiene is adhered too for all the users safety.
