Amazing graduation day of the son of one of the clients. As a local, I've always enjoyed walking in and around the campus. My daughter is looking to forward to study architecture here

I take my kids here for swimming lessons. The swimming pool itself is good and the instructors all seem good and friendly. I think the car parking is the thing that let's it down, with 30min slots and seemingly no gap between it's often difficult to park or even get a changing cubicle.

I’m really disappointed with the adult swimming lessons at Loughborough, and it feels like their main focus is just making money rather than providing a good service. First off, you’re required to buy a block of five lessons for £50, and you can only take one lesson per week. This is a strange policy, especially because if you can’t attend a lesson for personal reasons, you lose that session unless you’ve been sick for four weeks and have a doctor’s note. Yet, if they cancel a lesson, you get no compensation, other than not losing a lesson. It’s completely unfair and feels like a money-making scheme. The policy on illness reimbursement is ridiculous — how can you be expected to get compensation after four weeks when lessons are only once a week? They don’t even offer credits, and it would have been more convenient to allow you to book lessons when you can attend. The customer service is also terrible when it comes to adult lessons. During my sessions, there was clear favoritism, and newcomers received little attention. My instructor was visibly frustrated with me and even implied I shouldn’t continue because I was put in an intermediate class, despite being a beginner. This was entirely due to an administrative error, yet I was made to feel unwelcome. As an adult, it takes a lot of courage to start learning how to swim, but Loughborough’s swimming lessons made me feel completely out of place, and at times, I was even laughed at. If you’re an adult looking to learn to swim, I would strongly recommend avoiding this institution. It’s an unwelcoming and frustrating experience.

The pool is fantastic, best anywhere. Seems to be low chlorine which is great too as other pools are overbearing for me. My hair doesn't feel like straw after an hour's swim. Staff were friendly and helpful. The changing room is gross. Very dirty and the air vents are pumping out mould right as you walk in, so it's the first thing you see. I dread to speculate what's behind the outlet. The floor looks like it's not been cleaned in days either. For an "elite" facility I am stunned. The app is infuriating to use so booking is a real pain. It's in development but somehow this is the only option. Don't develop software on your production release! The website is lacking any timetables or pricing so there is no other way. The app isn't compatible with my Chromebook, I had to use my phone. If the two things above aren't an issue for you then this place is easily 5 star.

Superb pool and fantastic swimming lessons delivered by coaches who actually care (compared to Loughborough Leisure Centre and other expensive independent providers). Clean 50m pool with variable depth and if you’re very lucky, you’ll get to see Adam Peaty swim (apparently this is a very good thing according to my other half). Knocked one star off because the changing rooms are small and absolutely hectic during peak lessons time, but absolutely fine otherwise. The car park is free, unless all the hockey players have filled it up when they should be parking elsewhere.

Lovely pool! The water is crystal clear not murky as I have found in other pools I’ve tried. The pool is either one big 50m or split in two (as photographed), it’s nice to have the option. Finally the showers and changing areas are well kept and hygienic. My favourite pool

Went to swim a few times recently and everytime Josh was at reception, he was very friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to. Great customer service and nice pool aswell

The Swimming Pool of Dreams! I love this place and love the pool. You can go to some places and the service, pool and equipment is atrocious and absolutely rammed. Taking classes here is great. Limited number of people in the pool and great staff too. It’s also where you get your Olympic Athletes, so that speaks for itself. Adam Peaty and Sarah Vasey to name 2. Great place. Would definitely recommend.
