   Absolutely fantastic store, beautifully organized and stocking so many unique products without the usual cluttered or confusing layout of other craft shops! It's clear that the team are super passionate and knowledgeable, and the cafe was very cosy and reasonably priced.

   Very disappointed in the cafe / restaurant today. Always used to drop off for lunch until today. Arrived about 12:30. No hot food (on a cold day!) and little of anything else. Staff are friendly but the business seems to be running down. Walked out. Won’t be bothering again.

   We used to come in and have a hot drink/food before we shopped no longer available ,we were told only cakes or sausage rolls, no toast ,jacket potatoes. used to enjoy the sandwiches etc . was told all had been taken away.... as for the store very sparse and not the selections they used to have, i had to go elsewhere for my wool. Such a shame used to be a vibrant place to visit

   Really disappointed today to find that they no longer do lunches in the coffee shop, only drinks and cakes. We always used to eat there when either shopping or taking part in a workshop. Apparently decision came from higher up in management……The shop it’s self had hardly got any stock in it, no customers either. Looked as though it was on the verge of closing down ,Unless management get to bring back the lunches and have more stock on the shelves, closing down signs will be in the window with no great surprise

   We were disappointed today. First of all the dog agility was padlocked, we came especially to give our dog some exercise. Then we went into the crafty cuppa for lunch! Lol the lovely baked potatoes and sandwiches etc, they did, are no longer. Just cakes and drink! We liked it there as we could take the dog in, and get a great lunch. Really disappointed today. They must be losing a fortune. We can't go in the garden centre restaurant they don't allow dogs. So nowhere for lunch!!

   Visiting the Valley Country park we enjoyed visiting a large garden centre and the many outlets on the site we had a lovely coffee in the Crafty cuppa well worth a visit

   Lovely shop, but the cafe was absolutely brilliant. Amazing cakes, and such good value for money. The bacon sandwich had 5 rashers inside! What's more - they couldn't do enough for you. After a very small mistake with our bill (that they spotted and approached us about) they offered free drinks and cakes along with making it right. Just great food, great prices, and super lovely people.
