Incredibly friendly staff who are excellent at teaching water confidence, water safety and swimming techniques. Been attending with our little one for a long time and would highly recommend!!!

We love Swim works. We have been taking our granddaughter here for 5 years now, and she has come on in leaps and bounds. Lovely, clean facilities, friendly staff and excellent teachers. High recommend all.

Used Swim Works Leamington for 18 months for my daughter, it was alright to start with but I personally do not rate it. Some staff have changed very frequently in particular a good teacher when my daughter started, has never been same since she left to be honest but we have still carried on with the lessons, most recently she has moved to a new class at a different time, we have been in for a few terms and the class before is a baby/parent class. Every time and I mean EVERY, it is late and overruns, by 2, 3 or even as much as 5 minutes, this may not sound like much but if you times this by the lessons a term of 10 it all adds up, This has been mentioned numerous times to the staff and they do not bother acknowledging the fact they have let the class run over and never give you that time back as other lessons follow, Its poor customer service the fact no one gets back to you when you raise such issues. Based on this, I will not be renewing (even though they have sent emails/texts every single day saying we will lose our slot if we don't book! I will gladly let someone else have my slot and lose the time each session. When you do go the changing rooms are shabby, paint peeling off walls etc, Its nothing special lets put it that way, People come here for a better experience than Leisure Centres and for me personally I would not rate much higher. I am sure I will receive a lovely reply from Swim works on this pos but this is an HONEST review.

We were offered a block in the middle of a term at a discounted price. When we arrived there was no one to greet us or explain where anything is. We followed another mum who showed us where to go. The changing rooms were cold and we found that the baby lost colour moving from the pool to the changing rooms. We might have had a better experience doing a full term and the baby was quite unsettled first time in the water.

Fabulous teachers and great facilities! Everyone is friendly welcoming. My little boy has been swimming with Swim Works from 4 months old has learnt so many new skills and has a great sense of confidence in the water because of the fabulous team ❤️

The way Jacob engages with the children in the pool is very special. The time he spends with my son (H) guiding him through different strokes is a pleasure to watch. A credit to the company. Thank you Jacob.

Love Swim Works Leamington - awesome place!! The teachers were so kind, caring and friendly when my little boy was learning his first strokes. I always enjoyed our Saturday mornings there. Others that we've recommended Swim Works to have come along with their babies and toddlers too. I'd definitely recommend taking your baby, toddler/child. Such a good set up. UPDATE: 4 years on, we're still at Swim Works after a little break and it's still a really good setup. Many people I talk to didn't get on with council run classes elsewhere because of the ratios which meant children not receiving enough attention. Swimworks doesn't have this problem, they have good ratios and very good teaching.
