    The sand in the pump needed replacing so I called them in (Used them previously) got a quote for £335 which I agreed to but when the invoice came there was an extra one for £108 which I was never told about or agreed to. While the engineer did his usual nice job the billing department need to relearn their job .I will not be using them again because of this.

    We had some major alterations to do in our pool and a total refurb to the pool room. They came around to look at it and said "no problem we can price for this " . Three months later and after many calls, we have still not had any quotation, so thats a good indication as to what the service would have been like if we would have given them the work to do. I spoke directly to the person involved and he said on three occasions that we would "without fail send the quote over the same day" nothing received so obviously they are not bothered and lastly he never apologised

    Bunch of cowboys, charged me for wrong diagnosis - more interested in blagging you into purchasing new equipment/services from them. Avoid !! One star is too much.
