   Disappointed. Not very flexible and too pedantic. Please don't preach to me about my dog's welfare, I am well aware of that thank-you! Good dog groomers at their specific job but an offhand manner. Best I take my business elsewhere when spoken to in the wrong way as most people would! Response to Happy Hounds. I did not ask for the advice actually, that is untrue and I can recall the situation very clearly. I try to provide honest and fair reviews of my experiences. Second response to Happy Hounds: I suggest your booking records aren't quite as perfect as you think they are. Not my problem. I've been fair in my review and I do not appreciate your condescending response. That is exactly the problem I had the second time I brought my dog to you. Perhaps other people have been more fortunate? Like I said, you're a knowledgeable and capable dog groomer but I had a poor experience dealing with you. I do not wish to discuss it further. PS Francis as it is spelt is a male name, it's not difficult to work out!

   Joe was absolutely wonderful with my ancient terrier. My Pumpkin can bite if he is nervous, but Joe was extremely calm and patient. At the end, Pumpkin had the best grooming of his life and Joe said he was a perfect gentleman!

   Joe did such a lovely job with our little Dolly who is a young Maltipoo! So caring and kind after a traumatic experience elsewhere. Her cut is just perfect and she looks absolutely adorable (even more so than before if that’s possible!)

   I have been taking my Shih Tzu for his full groom to Joe for well over a year now and I am always really pleased with the results. Ralph always comes home looking and smelling amazing (and very happy/relaxed). Joe goes above and beyond with advice and you can tell he genuinely cares about the dogs he looks after. So glad I found a groomer that my dog is happy to go to :) Thank you!

   Joe and his team are absolutely wonderful with my dog. They demonstrate a real love and understanding of all dogs. You can see it in the way that the canine customers mingle happily together either waiting their turn or waiting to be collected. Until recently, when we sadly lost one of our westies, both went to Happy Hounds on a regular basis. I always know that my dog will come home looking beautiful and not at all stressed by the experience. Early opening hours are also such a bonus. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
