First of all I would like to say how happy we have been with Doggies Furever groomers. The place is always clean and there is always a lovely welcome for our furbaby .They have really looked after my two westies since last year when I first took them there. Both my furbabies have been happy going and look really clean and smell fresh after every visit. Sadly we lost one of our furbabies who was 15 years and 3 months old when she past away in my arms at home. Jerrylee age 14 years still goes and is quiet happy to be left and we sometimes wonder if he actually wants to come home as he loves being there. I can not thank you enough for being so nice and looking after him.
I began using Doggies Furever after my pooch had a bad experience elsewhere & began to wee/shake non stop. So we've been going for the past few years, & they've helped rebuild Ollie's confidence, so I know he gets top quality care. I wouldn’t dream of taking him anywhere else - you just know when you've found the right place!! They've helped me with grooming tips too to minimise matting. They take the time to understand your preferences and ensure that your dog receives a customized grooming experience. It's such a relief, as Ollie does not like being fully cropped, as he feels the cold. As a rescue, he can also start to get stressed/anxious, so I massively value that Karolina & team groom him in half the time of anywhere else - & every time I collect him, he always looks absolutely fabulous & smells divine!! I'm also frequently asked who grooms him, as everyone always loves his facial cut. So I can highly recommend Karolina & team!! Thank you so much!! We get the train to/fro, as in a great location, just round the corner from Isleworth station, & some great little cafe finds on their doorstep too!!
The ladies in this Salon are absolutely amazing. Joanna, Karolina and Kat - you are absolute angels. We started bringing our sweet Cassie here after she had bad experiences with other groomers - she had become afraid of the whole grooming process. Doggies Furever are ALWAYS so patient with her and they never do anything that stresses her out. It's very hard for me to trust anybody with my dog but I trust all of these ladies without any hesitation. Cassie is hard work, she's strong and very stubborn but they always manage to do such an amazing job on her. We went in yesterday and we were emotional because we had received some bad news about our Cassie - not only were they so comforting and supportive, they offered so much advice. The first time I went my dog had a bad cut on his paw and we weren't told , took us a while for the bleeding to stop , second time was fine because the owner was there , third time I called and never received a confirmation text messaged about the appointment despite giving my number , me and the lady on the phone have accent hence a misunderstanding on the time , didn't want to fit me in despite having time and they wanted to charge an extra £25 for the " missed " appointment. The owner again wasn't there . There a huge lack of consistency
My husband took our cockapoo, Aoife, to Doggies Furever, yesterday, for the first time, on the recommendation of her friend, Tommy the cavapoo. Well, I wish I'd known about this place before- my dog looks so beautiful! Normally, she has a couple of weeks where she looks a bit 'odd', but she came home yesterday and she was groomed to perfection and smelled amazing too! I recommend Doggies Furever very highly and will certainly be returning.
Highly recommended. Popped in to book the appointment and check the place out and the lady behind the counter was very friendly and allowed our dog to feel at home. On the day they did a great job of washing her, trimming her coat (especially her matted paws, and trimming her claws. Very happy with the job and the price.
Our dog Charlie had a negative experience with a previous groomer and was therefore quite anxious. However, Karolina has been amazing with him and she reports that he is now very well behaved in the salon! She gives him a lovely puppy cut and we are always happy and confident to leave Charlie in her care. Highly recommend!
Our little fur baby totally enjoyed his experience with Karolina and her team , do take your fur babies here as there is lots of love care and kindness towards them . he was so happy, and comfortable on arrival which was so reassuring and was looking so cute , smelling fabulous and was having lots of cuddles when we went to pick him up . We also really appreciate the time spent before the appointment to talk through any concerns ,the team obviously have lots of love for animals which makes all the difference. Thank you so much .
