   First time to groomer’s, Knowledgeable staff made us feel that they were confident & capable to kindly groom our dogs.Everything explained to us so we understood ,what & how the dogs were to be treated. 1 dog a year old, 2nd dog 11 1/2 years & Virtually blind, Both appeared strutting around, Very proudly wearing their Halloween bows . Washed, Brushed & Nails cut. Absolutely amazing !. Definitely bringing them both back. What a relief,Why do we worry so much about them ?

Our dog has been through their puppy training course, which enables him to be groomed monthly with no fuss. Appointments are always simple to schedule and efficient.    Highly recommend Palmers Dog Grooming Salon. Jess and Danielle are very kind and patient. Our lovely doggie is gradually getting used to the regular grooming sessions now. They really know their stuff and Im very confident leaving her in their very capable hands. She always gets a little bow too after each session! :)

   This is the best groomers to ever exist. Our puppy just finished Puppy Academy - 4 sessions to ease him into a full groom. He left today looking like a new dog. He struts in, happy to see Jess and Danielle (and Vivian), gets treats (all natural) and loves his time there. How the girls actually manage to groom him when he wiggles and bites when we just try to brush him is beyond me! They’re miracle workers. Devoted to dogs, help us out with lots of advice, truly lovely ladies. I really can’t recommend them enough. Grateful to have found them. Truly deserving of all their awards and accolades.

   Amazing ladies at Palmer’s, they cater for my boys needs! I have been coming to Palmer’s since the shop opened, and to be totally honest I would go anywhere else. Danielle and Jess are such lovely ladies. Although my dogs don’t like going to the parlour. They always come home happy, looking handsome and smelling Devine.

   Jess and Danielle are both lovely and welcoming. The salon offers a puppy academy to give an amazing introduction to puppies who will require regular grooming. My poodle has visited since he was a few months old and I have already booked my new puppy in to start her puppy academy next month. A reliable and very professional service. Small touches make it even more special such as gorgeous pictures and bow ties after every groom. I cannot recommend this groomers enough.
