   I can't give any higher rating as I tried contacting by filling the online form on the website, after 2 day's and not not getting a response I then phoned and left a voice mail and as requested for a prompt reply then sent a text, to date, 5 days later, have still not had a response. Such a shame as previous reviews encouraged me to get in touch.

   Jan came and groomed our 2 very fluffy cats yesterday. She was great, she did an amazing job & both cats look great & I'm sure are a lot more comfortable for the summer. Jan was very professional & a real cat lover. I knew my cats were in great hands. I would highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Jan was absolutely brilliant, she was super responsive and easy to get a hold of. My cat isn’t going exactly super good at travelling to new places. As soon as we met Jan she started to calm her down and make her feel at ease. Once the grooming started my cat loved it, Jan was so gentle and delicate with her. Jam thoroughly brush her out and made her look absolutely amazing! She also gave us some brilliant advice on how to keep her coat looking nice. Thank you so much, Jan!

   Jan is amazing! She spent nearly an hour and half grooming our precious 20 year old tuxie, who now looks half her age! Pepz is a feisty girl and is very difficult for an amateur to groom. Jan made it look like a walk in the park! Her technique is brilliant. We have three other cats and they will all be looking forward to seeing Jan in the coming months.

   I have 3 Maine Coons and they are the most wonderful cats, but, when they see me coming toward them with anything that resembles a brush, they transform into Tony Soprano, except with more hair. Much more hair. Jan has been an absolute godsend. She can put the grumpiest cat at ease and does an incredible job de-knotting even the knottiest kitten. I honestly cannot recommend Jan highly enough. She's the real deal, a professional and I'd be lost without her.
