The Swaggle ladies are amazing, I have a nine year old doodle dog. She adores her walks and playtime. Lotty the owner is fabulous.
The most kind considerate dog walkers in maidstone and the surrounding areas!! From the get go they take the time to get to know you and your dogs needs, work out times and offer and variety of services. They go above and beyond for customers, true dog lovers!! Keep up the good work Swaggle ❤
Horrified to see Swaggle is being targeted by malicious cyber bullies spreading absolute slander! The girls are absolutely lovely and I would never hesitate to leave my dogs within their care or recommend them. I do not know of any other dog walkers whom put so much thought & care into ensuring enriching walks for their dogs. Don't just take my word for it but they say a picture is worth a thousand words so I suggest taking a look at their website & facebook and see for yourself how HAPPY the dogs are, I bet their walks are the highlight of their day!

Ignore the negative comments - I have a 5 year old staffie who has been with other local walkers, who were awful !! - He has 3 walks a week for 2 hours a time (I work from home on the other days) - he thoroughly enjoys his time with the gang. Helena and Lotty are great with all the dogs, they are professional, conscientious, the Beach walks are amazing with great colour photos provided to each owner to see just how much fun their fur babies have had .... I am a very protective owner, as we all are, and I have every confidence in Swaggles despite the negative comments of outsiders - I wish I'd found them sooner
All I can say is this is the worst company I have ever had dealings with. We had been using them for occasional dog walks when shifts collided. We were always met with praise for our dog and his behaviour. However the last time he was walked by them I was shocked to receive a long text message ranting about my 'nightmare' dog and how he never behaves. (They did not even have the decency to speak to me in person or over the phone).This was obviously surprising to me as they had never previously highlighted an issue so therefore I did not have the chance to apologise or rectify the problem. I then phoned them to discuss the issues raised but was met with a severely belligerent attitude whereby they decided to disrespect my wife and I, and even attempt to verbally attack our relationship. I fully understand that all dogs can test patience from time to time, and I would expect people who choose dog walking as a career to also (my dog is only 1 year old!). I feel that this company need to work on their communication skills and I can only hope they do not treat anyone else the way we were treated. If we were made aware of the issues they had, we would have been able to solve them along the way rather than being led to believe he was always no trouble. They have now completely left us in the lurch as have refused to take him out again. I WOULD NEVER ALLOW MY DOG OUT WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.
