   Posting as Gina, Mama to Sherman. These ladies are by far the most facilitating, beautiful and kind groomers in town. I left it last minute for Shermans groom and they did everything possible to fit him in even though upon dropping him I could see they were so busy.    This was my second time using Grooming Tails, and I will definitely continue to go back because of the wonderful care they offer. The staff are so friendly, helpful, and professional, and they kept me informed throughout the whole process. I have health needs that make it difficult for me to keep on top of my cat Bella’s grooming, but the team were so kind and understanding — never judging me, only offering support and reassurance. They made me feel completely at ease and confident about returning. Bella looks and feels so much better, and I truly appreciate the gentle, caring way they handled her. Highly recommend! This is my second time with them and I'll keep going. The photo is following my first visit.

   We brought our dog to Grooming Tails 7 months ago for his first puppy groom and unfortunately, it was a distressing experience. During the visit, my dog was attacked by another dog, which was extremely traumatic. I believe safety protocols should have been in place to prevent such incidents, but it seemed they weren't. Additionally, I felt there was a lack of urgency and compassion from the staff afterward, which made the situation even more disappointing. We were informed over the phone that a minor incident occurred, however when we arrived our puppy was bleeding heavily from his wound, distressed in pain and required surgery. My dog's well-being is my top priority, and I’d expect the same level of care from any professional grooming service. After a very painful discussion with the grooming tail managers we were able to get them to cover the costs of the surgery. However asking for a incident report and other routine health and safety actions seem to be a hard task for the managers. Grooming tails are trying to be a grooming service and day care service and therefore do not have enough staff to do both, therefore dogs are at risks. Dogs are clearly left unattended, therefore reducing their safety at this groomers. Our dog now has a lot of ongoing trauma and anxiety due to this horrific event even after 7 months. I do not recommend taking your dog to this groomers.

   I took my friend's dog a couple of times. The ladies at Grooming Tails are all very friendly; the dogs seem happy and the overall cut looks good. It is nice that they seem to have an open area for the dog to socialize whilst they wait. My one criticism, which isn't that bad really, is that there is no waiting area. I walk half an hour to get the dog to the groomers and there isn't a lot in the local area to do whilst you wait as it is fairly remote if you do not drive. I sat in the local park but it was very cold to be sitting for an hour.

   I've been taking my girl to grooming tails ever since she was a little pup! They were so great with her puppy trims up until she was old enough for a full groom. She always comes out looking beautiful and always smells so lovely, but not too overpowering. They do a fantastic job and I am so pleased they're Indy's groomers! Even when she was matted before her first full groom they called me to make sure I was happy with her havingmore of her fur cut, and even being with less fur she still looked beautiful! Highly recommended as they take amazing care of your pets.

   Our dog was groomed at Grooming tails today, he a 2years 4 months old border collie and has never been groomed before. I was a little nervous leavings him there, Reggie is not always happy being left or mixing with other dogs. Immediately Lidia put Reggie at ease, he was happy to wonder off into the garden with Lidia. 2 hours later I collected him, wow what a difference, Reggie looked beautiful. Really pleased with the service, thank you- Groomibgtails ladies!
