   Pretty rough around the edges and quite bleak really. Has busses going to London and further afield. At least it’s got a roof so you won’t get wet if it rains but it doesn’t feel very safe.

   Love the revamped look with colourful walls etc. Toilets have been refurbished so look better than they did pre-refurbishment. Lots of space and one of the nicest looking stations win the West Midlands. Buses are generally on time but the public don't realise that any complaints about bus reliability should be aimed at the bus operators i.e NX, Stagecoach etc.

   Got shouted at by staff because I 'asked too many questions'. I was enquiring about student discounts on Swift cards and where to apply for them. The staff replied online. I proceeded to ask him what website exactly, so I can fill it in on my own. He kept emphasising it wasn't a 2 minute thing that I can do on the spot. I told him I understand, but continued to asked him to show me what website I needed to visit in order to do that. After going back and forth on my phone, he showed me a website of a bank, called swift as well. He told me to watch the video on the page, so I did, in front of him. The video was about the bank itself, of course, and nothing remotely close to transport or bus. I guess by this point he gave up and left. Luckily, he did ask another member of staff to assist me. But that was an experience, I never seen someone with this confidence even though he's in the wrong.

   The bus station is ok but I don't like the toilets because there dirty and they stink and I also don't like the lack of heating because when you go inside the station you get cold and when your waiting for the bus you also get cold so for me the improvements I would make are the toilets and the heating.

   Not worse. Nice and organized bus station in the heart of Coventry. Every bus scheduled here very nicely including Birmingham buses servjces and the national coaches as well. Everyone can get direction easily wherever they wants to go. There is cycle parking site available so you can park your cycle there and take it back. The sign and direction is also visible and some shops is there also. Overall nice bus station.

   Not the worst bus station in the UK. Pretty big place with news agents, cafe, hairdressers I think. Toilets are dark and dinghy, nice that for over 20 years this has been around that keeps you dry and slightly warmer in the winter, plenty of places to sit and bins, little things like that make a big difference for me, just wished the toilets were upgraded.

   No heater at all. U can imagine how terrible it is if u need to somehow wait for ur bus for a rather long time.
