   My 1st time of using this company. Mark was professional, friendly and very competent at cleaning my carpets. He even managed to remove the wax from my bedroom carpet. At a time when it is difficult to find someone who is actually good at what they do, I would reccomend Mark.

   Mark was prompt and had plenty of useful advice. He worked hard on our carpets. They took a little longer to dry than we were told, they looked much better than before though. Not every stain was able to be fully removed, but we understood that this was a possibility.

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m thrilled with Refresh Carpet Cleaning! Mark was courteous, pet-friendly, and super efficient. Unlike another company that refused service because I live in a first-floor flat, Mark handled the stairs without breaking a sweat. He arrived punctually, helped move furniture for a flawless clean, and removed stubborn stains from my puppy Buddy’s pre-toilet-training accidents. The carpets look pristine, smell amazing, and no mess was left behind. Paying was simple, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Highly recommend!

   Had our wool carpets cleaned and they're looking and smelling much better for it. Some stains are irremovable and that's down to me using wrong products to try to remove them - I should have called Mark in to remove them straight away. Great service from Mark - knowledgeable, polite, friendly, respectful, punctual - all the attributes you want from a service, but sometimes it is hard to find these days. Would recommend Mark to friends and family.

   They did a fabulous job on my couch. It had stains on it that wouldn’t come out with household cleaners so I just sort of accepted they may be there for the life of the couch. But they’re all gone! Very pleased and will be calling again when it’s time for another cleaning. Very thorough, very friendly service. Highly recommend them.
