   After a busy festive break hosting at home, my fluffy, cream carpets were in need of a refresh and some proper TLC. Andy from ServiceMaster Clean arrived bang on time and within minutes of assessing the condition of the carpets, got started with all the fancy kit! In just over an hour, my carpets were feeling, smelling and looking brand new! I also had a small stain which was completely removed (THANK YOU). I’m so happy with the finish! Can’t wait to get my sofas booked in soon! From start to finish the customer service has been amazing and has been so easy to arrange.    I had my Loaf sofa cleaned by ServiceMaster couple of days ago and very happy with the results. I have attached a picture after the cleaning and it came out really well. I have 2 toddlers and a very muddy dog and the sofa was covered in all sort of marks. It also had few bleach marks where I tried to clean various spills however bleach marks did not come off. Water and other marks did come off. I had a wet clean on the worst bits and a dry clean on the not so bad bits.

   We had Andrew come round and clean all our sofa, carpets , dining room sofa and hallway stairs. I have to say the difference is incredible and the price was unbelievably competitive. Will 100% have these guys again. Andrew was very informative and very thorough.

   I used them to clean the carpet where my dog had had an accident a few months previously. I was really disappointed with the result and expressed that in a review. Within a very short space of time they got in contact to see what they could do to address my concerns; we agreed on a full refund which has been received. Yes, the cleaning failed but the after sales was first class; they owned the problem and made sure I was reimbursed. A great example of turning a negative into a positive, well done!
