   I have been consistently disappointed with Cleaned and Gleaming. - Poor communication: my original appointment for a quote was rescheduled twice due to the office initially forgetting about the appointment and then cancelling a re-booking with less than 30 minutes notice. I often do not receive timely responses to queries which can have significant effects on my work. -Different cleaner every week. I have only had 3 weeks where I received the same cleaner over approximately a 3 month period. -Quality of the cleans are poor. I have had to clean my toilets after the cleaners on multiple occasions despite highlighting that this was an area which I do tend to check. Most of the time, bleach is poured down the toilet and the toilet is not scrubbed or wiped down. Bath tub has only been cleaned once and only after I asked for soap scum to be scrubbed. Surfaces are not dusted, windowsills are not wiped down. Skirting boards have been cleaned and are persistently dusty. -Small items such as dog bowls are not moved out of the way when mopping/hoovering and instead, the cleaners mop/hoover around them. Although I appreciate large items would not be moved, I would expect such things to be moved to ensure a good quality clean. - Ironing service is not of a suitable standard. Despite providing the cleaners with a steam iron, they were unable to suitably iron shirts. One cleaner actually stated they would not do shirts as they were too difficult and would only do pillowcases. -One pair of cleaners refused to acknowledge feedback and refused to repeat areas which were not cleaned adequately. -Multiple cleans rescheduled or cancelled at short notice due to lack of staff but this flexibility was not afforded to me. The owners and office staff are exceptionally pleasant, however, the quality of the clean was not up to standard and I would not recommend this company. They have caused me more frustration and stress than if I had taken the time to clean the house myself. I have attached photos below to demonstrate two occasions of how the toilets were 'cleaned' examples of 'dusting' and wiping down' and an example of where the area around the dog water bowl has been 'cleaned around'.

   Disappointed with the volume of cleaning achieved in the time stated. I was informed 2 hours would be enough time to do a general clean of my home, however, only 3 rooms were partially cleaned, toilets were not even bleached/wiped and when initially asked to hoover the sofa and concentrate on the living room, nothing was moved to clean around it, even though I stated on arrival that the reason I had booked a cleaner was to assist with moving things around to clean, as I am currently on chemotherapy and am struggling for energy. Following their attendance, I sent a polite message to the person who had coordinated the clean, and didn't receive a response. Very disappointed
