I'm a new customer had been trying to get my windows cleaned for a long time but had been let down by a number of local window cleaners however not the case with Lee's. Responded quickly to my initial request, came and quoted and was honest about what he could do (one of my windows is not easily accessible), very reasonable price and good quality work.

Terrible service no customer pride rushes it when comes to clean windows smears on my windows and when I complain they just say what do u expect plus dont do my frames this piture I took is proof they skip windows especially bathroom windows I pay to have my windows cleaned and this is the state they have left my bathroom window to get is terrible not happy now moved to Squeaky clean hope I get a better service
Asked the guy for a quote to do my gutters in person was told it would cost me £96 which was fine. The time came around to get them done so asked my dad to text him asking to get him round as I was busy with work so he did. Next thing I know iv got invoices for £48 and £125. Without even speaking to me he just decided to increase his price and also clean all my windows and charge me for that too even though they didnt need doing. Text him to complain about it he just responds in a juvenile way. So iv now told him he wont be doing my windows or gutters again. Noone needs a random invoice for £48 invoice and an increase on another just because the window cleaner wants to take advantage.
