   Took my cat, Biscuit, to Beethoven’s Groom Room and he came back looking amazing! Joanna was fantastic with him, even though he was a bit nervous. The salon is clean with a calming atmosphere for pets. His fur is perfectly trimmed, nails neat, and he had a lovely bath. Biscuit came home handsome and comfortable. I’ll definitely be taking him back again. Highly recommend!

   I have been using Joanna for a couple of years now and she is fabulous. Onyx, now 10, has never enjoyed being groomed and I have always felt nervous with previous groomers. Joanna is a life saver for me as she cares for Onyx brilliantly, coaxing her in and giving her the full works. Joanna is always so welcoming and in my opinion, very reasonably priced and always does a fab job. As for our Onyx, she always comes home looking and smelling gorgeous and happy. I can't recommend Joanna highly enough, just excellent! Thanks Joanna, Maggie

   Fantastic experience. Joanna has done a wonderful job. I think the cat likes it as well. Has given me great advice and was so good with my cat who has not had may cuts and was quite overgrown and matted. He will defently be going back.

   I had my Shitzu groomed by Joanna. She is really nice and adores dogs. She was the only person my dog was comfortable with. She handled him like a baby. I could not say anything wrong about this place. It's always clean and tidy. I can only recommend.

   Have been going here for the past 7 plus years and have always had a fantastic experience dogs are so happy with Joanne and makes them feel as if there her dogs ,she is such a caring lady , always gives great advice and very helpful with any question you have . Prices are fair and reasonable I would highly recommend her to my friends .as you can see from pictures brilliant cuts groom Always look perfect

   Avoid. Took my kitten here for some basic cleaning and nail clipping ect , initially Joanna is friendly and flexible with appointments but sadly I got my cat back with a non operational leg . He couldn’t walk. Joanna couldn’t suggest why or any vets we could take him too. Ended up taking him to vet and slapped with a bill due to groomer holding the cat aggressively to restrict movement therefore injuring the cat. Never coming back here again!

   Wow! Joanna is amazing! I would 100% recommend Beethoven’s groom room to everyone. Joanna has been looking after my puppy since she was just a few weeks old. Getting her slowly used to being washed, shampooed, nails cut, ears cleaned and the sound of the hair dryer. My girl is booked to have her pampering session once a month and this will now continue for life! I am so lucky to have Joanna look after us so well. She is kind, gentle, caring and absolutely loves the dogs to pieces! Her groom room is beautiful crafted, with all the fantastic equipment and products required to leave your dog smelling and looking amazing! We get so excited to drop and to pick our girl up after her grooming session, her fur coat is always glossy and her nails trimmed perfectly! And she always looks so fresh and perfect! I would never go anywhere else Joanna and Beethoven’s groom room is the best!!!
