   What a friendly and fantastic service by the team at BIO-65. After multiple leaks from a smelly, unhygienic old soil stack system which was flooding a busy CCTV control room where a separate contractor was working to replace this, we needed a team of experts trained to tackle the unthinkable! BIO-65 came in and assessed this. They were chosen due to their professionalism, great reviews, and good work ethic to not only clean raw sewerage but to help maintain our safety. Their attention to detail, support, after service and quick response was extremely valued and I cannot begin to say just how appreciative we are of the service delivered!    My experience with these guys was a first class one. They are a very professional /friendly company I had called them to clear up around the edge a pond/nature reserve in Exhall Coventry due to mindless people leaving a whole manner of rubbish there. Ranging from drinks cans to discarded fishing equipment and worse. I had considered clearing it myself but the job was too much to deal with on my own. After several bags of rubbish the transformation of the pond from rubbish tip back to a nature reserve is remarkable I’m sure the wild life will benefit from it. So thanks to the team for the hard work. I can highly recommend them and won’t hesitate to ask for their help/ services in the future if needed. Regards Steve
