   Had Kevin come in for carpet cleaning and a full sofa clean, and honestly he did a phenomenal job. With a 3-year-old who’s drawn on the sofa, had little accidents, spilled orange juice on the carpet, plus cats that have weed in places—my lounge was in serious need of help. Kevin made everything look brand new. He was highly professional, incredibly thorough, and extremely accommodating—especially around my newborn. He was so respectful and mindful of our space and routine. I’m genuinely impressed and will definitely be rebooking in the future. Highly recommend!

   Kevin has been providing our carpets with TLC since 2022 and I cannot recommend him enough. Initially we had a light grey carpet which needed a lot of correction (2 young children at home) Kevin was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable.    Kevin cleaned two areas of carpets for me, lounge, hall stairs and landing. The results were outstanding, in the lounge I had spot cleaned some marks which left lighter areas. Once Kevin had cleaned the carpet these disappeared. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, also giving me recommendations on how to clean other floor surfaces in the house. The carpet was dry before he left and ready to reinstall furniture. I have no hesitation in recommending Kevin and would definitely use his services again. Thank you.

   I would have no hesitation in recommending Kevin and Zero dry time Coventry. Really pleased and impressed with the results. Sofas and carpets look great. Carpet pile has also been refreshed giving it a soft and springy texture like new - even in heavy traffic areas such as stairs. From my first call to completion of the job Kevin was professional an courteous, explaining the process and products and answering all my questions. There are other options out there but for this level of quality and service Kevin and Zero Dry Time are outstanding. If you have carpets or upholstery that needs cleaning Kevin should be your first call.

   Kev first came and quoted in Nov 2019 and I was struck by how amiable, approachable and knowledgable he was then. He provided a very fair and clear quote for a large amount of work and nothing was too much trouble. If he couldn't do something or do it justice he was clear and honest about that on the spot. So refreshing!! Had I not gone into labour a month early and then the pandemic happened we would have had Kev around then in 2019. Due to that first great interaction with him he was the first and only person I contacted when it got to the point we could get our carpets cleaned (still for the first time) in Feb 2022. Kevin's communication was exemplary once again. I had no problems with entrusting him with our house keys while we were away....and that is saying something! He spent three days doing the whole house through and he had gone the extra mile going over skirting boards and moving rugs I had forgotten to move etc. Nothing was too much trouble. When you deal with traders a lot you get drained by endless phone calls, people that don't turn up when they say they will (if at all), people that don't communicate well or try and make you spend more money than necessary and people that say they will be in touch with a quote and then they don't. Kev couldn't be further from this kind of person if he tried!! Kev and his service is worth every penny and I would not choose anyone else now to provide this service for us. I will be recommending him to anyone asking for such a service. Thank you Kev!

   I’m absolutely amazed at how clean my sofa is now! It looks like it’s just been delivered and taken out of the wrapping. Kevin clearly knows his stuff when it comes to upholstery cleaning. He also cleaned my stair carpet recently as I’d had work done in the house and it was impacted by muddy boot prints. As with the sofa I was mire than happy with the finished results. Will definitely be recommending his services.
