   We took our dog for a groom recently, it was his first one with us so we were a bit nervous. He came out looking amazing and was clearly very well treated given how friendly he was with all the groomers. I'd highly recommend this place.

   Incredible service, managed to squeeze our 13 week old Cockapoo in last minute despite it being Christmas time and super busy. The staff were so friendly, clearly adore dogs, took amazing care of her and I’m really happy with how she looks after her very first time at the groomers ever. High recommend!!

   Sarah, Jess and the rest of the team always make our 2yr old twin Shiz Tzu's feel like they're VIPS. Rico and Simba just love them to bits. They had had a gr8 1st experience. Been regulars fo 2 years n counting

   I have taken my puppy for a couple of grooms and they have been really amazing. The girls are lovely. The last time I took him i asked for his tail and ears not to be touched however they were trimmed quite short! I understand mistakes can happen so I took him for his 2nd full groom 2 months after the previous one. I again explained i don’t want tail and ears touched and reminded of the mistake made last time. I came back and his tail has again been trimmed and ears seemed to have been trimmed a little too. When we told the lady she had trimmed his tail she apologised but also said that my puppy was not great that day. This is a shock because the previous times they said he was very well behaved! I felt like she was trying to deflect from the fact she had made a mistake. I’m so disappointed as this is the second time the same thing has happened! Although the lady apologised i feel like a discount should have been given however she did not say anything and i paid the full amount. Also since coming home i have noticed his ears have not been cleaned either.

   Sad to write this review as the lady who groomed my dog was lovely and I was very happy with the service overall. Unfortunately after my last visit I’m very disappointed. I had opened a new bank account a while ago but never used it, I recently received a new card for it and decided to pay with this at the salon. The same night 3 transactions for a shop called “Smiggle” were attempted using my bank account. It is simply not possible my details were stolen anywhere else because I really had never used this card before, this salon was the first time. I called the salon the following day (as the transactions were at 11.30pm) to explain the situation and whoever I spoke to said they did not work the previous day and will tell their manager, then hung up. I haven’t heard since (it’s been a week). I found this quite shocking as any other business informed that their systems may be compromised would react very differently…the card machine apparently does not have contactless despite showing it does, and I was asked to use chip + pin. I thought nothing of it at the time, but now everything together makes me feel suspicious and upset. I have informed my bank and action fraud, but I hope this is not the owner being dishonest, and perhaps their systems really have been compromised by someone external…

   The best dog groomers in Croydon. I took my 6 months old cavapoo to pampered Pets and I was extremely happy. The staff are super professional, and my puppy was so happy. I definitely recommended this place. Love, love, love it. I am not taking my dog anywhere else. I have never seen my puppy this happy .
