We have had the worst experience with this company. If we could leave no stars we would. They were booked in to clean our airbnb property for the first time, it was after our first guest. The clean was well below a basic standard. Mould spot on the linen, hairs in the shower on on bed. The guests hair and bit of tissue they had used were left on the table chair (so a clear sign table/chairs hadn't even been moved or wiped over) the kitchen side hadn't been wiped over, a tea cup had left a ring mark and the worst was the oven handle still had visable oil splatter and glass hob top hadn't even been attempted to be cleaned. I could scrap along the rings bringing up the dried on cooking marks. The smelly black bag used by the guest was left by the cleaners in the patio area. Meaning the bext guest checking in would be greeted to a stench and possible a ripped open food bin (cats/rats).The worst of all is the customer service from the owner. I hadn't seen the cleaners. I rang the number provided by the company and the man was incredibly rude, spoke to my wife like dirt and shut her down before she could even finish a sentence. He personally attacked her in regards to it being my first airbnb property and put the phone down. He didn't offer any resolution or get into any conversation to correct this. Instead he simply texted to say he'd collect his linen and stuff. Leaving us with a property not fit for the next guest to check in to that following day. He broke the Customer Service ACT 2015 by not trying to resolve the clean. We have since been in a battle over them still requesting we pay for that clean, even though we had to pay another cleaning company to do that clean last minute before the guest checked in. We have never come across such unprofessional service. Customer service is non existent so please don't use this company.

We are an host management company so we ask a lot more of IG then your normal traditional end user. This can involve very last minute cleans, many cleans to be done with in a small time window and demanding them to a high level. Imrich and his team as been impecable at every step. I could not recommend these guys enough!
