   Lexi (who owns the company) came to do a 2 hour clean. Cleaned the bathroom for hour and half but she must have pushed the sink plug in too far and it stuck. (This had never happened for us before) She then scooped all water out with a bathroom cup and had it all over the floor whilst trying to empty it down in the shower cubicle. (Instead of just telling me) I asked if the company had insurance she said yes but it's not worth her while paying for that (as it would cost her too much) and that it's not her fault if the plug got stuck. She then wanted to get it out with a knife! I said no, that she'd break it. One good thing is that she didn't charge for the bathroom clean, but I have to pay £30 call out charge plus repair. Would not have this company out to clean for me again.

   Lexi and the team are amazing cleaners. We've used a few cleaner in the past, and always been a little disappointed in the quality of the cleaning. We've been using Heaven Scent since December 2019, they turn up when they say they will. Contact us if they are running late. Stay for the time they charge us for, and do a great job of cleaning. The reason I think they are amazing is they use common sense. I was told "we didn't clean the worktops as they look like they had just been done (They had), so we dusted instead" The dusting isn't part of what we have agreed with them. They don’t clean something that’s already clean, they look to see what else is needs cleaning. Cannot recommend highly enough.

   Tried Heaven Scent Cleaners Cardiff on a few of my properties dotted around Cardiff and couldn't have been happier with the work carried out. The cleaning was done to an exceptionally high standard. I have used cleaning companies in the past and have not been that impressed but Heaven Scent Cleaners Cardiff were by far the best thus far. I have now taken them on as my full time cleaners for all my properties. Would highly recommend.
