Hugely disappointed with the outcome. First on the positive side, they were easy to deal with, very easy to book, and the logistics of the service were generally good. Onto the work itself, sent in 4 pairs of choices from a certain brand they promise to service, paid the very premium price tag, only to receive back shoes almost without a difference. Unfortunate, one more in the string of companies overpromising and vastly under delivering. If you’re thinking of sending LP shoes here for cleansing, don’t waste your time. They will clean the top part, but they won’t deliver what they promise
