Turns out he likes shouting abuse out of his window as he drives along. Probably not a wise move in a signed up van eh pal oh and before you come back with the same response as other have commented on your driver "skills" I asked you to pull over and you chose not to.
Fast, reliable service, fab guy who did a really good job
Not recommended. Rude manners, unreliable, no care about customer service. There are much better window cleaners in the Vale, thankfully I now switched to using one of them. I should have listened to the negative reviews, but I gave Clearvue a benefit of the doubt. The conclusion is, not worth it. Edit: I saw the owner's rude and bullyish response and it speaks volumes about him and the type of person he is, luckily for me I used to be his customer but will never work with him again, an absolute blessing. I will not be falsely accused of lying and I am glad other people called him out too, absolutely well deserved. I've had a fantastic new local window cleaner for a while so very happy with that and Clearvue is not missed.
Dan has been doing my mums windows for several years now, always does a fab job! When asked, is happy to do inside of patio doors too! He’s also power washed/sealed/re sanded her drive. Wish we lived nearer to use Dan ! Thank you Dan :)
We accidentally left the back gate locked on ONE occasion which meant he couldn't get in the back. Instead of just cleaning the front of the house, he took our money and didn't bother doing any of it, even when I asked him to come back. When we contacted him about it he was rude and deliberately unresponsive. He ended up coming back 2 months later (despite not communicating that he hadn't planned too anyway) as I asked him too (never asked him to stop in the first place) as we decided to take the hit as we still wanted our windows cleaned regularly and he did the same thing again. This time the gate was unlocked however someone else has dumped something there blocking access to our gate which we did not know about. There was no attempt from him to message us or ring our doorbell which he has done before to introduce himself (we were in the house, ready to answer and could have easily moved or sorted the problem should we have known about it) he just left and has decided to remove us from getting our windows cleaned again. (again, without communication, only after I double messaged to find out what was going on) We are not difficult people to deal with, we're super polite and would have done whatever was needed to allow him to clean the windows. No need to be the way he has been. Awful awful service, no communication, even when was coming regularly, he had to come back every time because the job wasn't done properly to being with. Cannot emphasise this enough, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
