   TK Maxx (Fosse park) - when I went on Wednesday morning i found the staff quite rude & unhelpful. The lady in the changing room looked at me like I was a shoplifter and looked fed up to be there. The tone from the lady on the till made me not even want to purchase my items so much so I said dont worry ill leave that. Very disappointed in this store! Maybe the staff there need to brush up on their customer service skills.

   It's my "go to" place now for exotic foodstuffs like KumQuat, mangosteen sweets, plantain chips, preserved jackfruit slices, preserved radish. Very polite staff members too.

   Good shopping centre , Plenty off free parking outside the tk max. Shop was crowded and lots off good stuff to buy for gifts. Quality and the design are lovely. Very well maintained and displayed well with price tag. Value for money. Bought jewellery, socks, and other stuff for Christmas gifting. All were amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, good experience at till . Welcoming and good communication experience. Would like to go back again. As I still got many stuff to buy but because of Christmas rush I couldn’t make it. They have good refunds and easy payment options.

   A pretty good TKMAXX store, nothing to complain about, in fact I prefer this one to the one in town as you can pretty much park right outside the front doors, due to Fosse Park’s layout. The staff were friendly, and the store itself was nice and big for all their ranges.

   As it is a jumble sale & discount shop, I would expect there to be more selection. It just seemed to be the same item on most coat hangers and not much uniqueness. Can't speak for the rest of the shop as we only went in the clothing area.

   Awful woman at the checkout. Couldn't scan two items correctly. Then when I told her that the price should be different just looked at me angry and confused so I had to explain. Then as she tried to correct shone the laser scanner up towards my eye. It's likely that they'll have a lawsuit against them.

   It's TK Maxx if you're willing to trawl through the racks for a bargain then definitely the place to be. Always found each store to have a slight difference in some of the things they have but worth a visit not a bad store this one lots of stuff on offer

   I went to fosse park tk maxx and was trying on shoes, I got approached by a staff member asking if I wanted a treasure card. I felt pressured so I hopped over wearing one shoe. We asked if we could complete the form at home but she said customers don't tend to fill out the form at home so we needed to do it in store. I had to do it on her phone as I had no signal. She kept saying I had done various things wrong with the form such as putting my password in wrong, she looked at my password and read it out loud around other customers. I unchecked the marketing box which she reticked for me. The whole process took over 15 minutes while she was serving other customers at the same time. I decided to not buy the shoes i planned on getting after that as it caused some unnecessary anxiety and shortly after I made a swift exit from the shop. Not anything against her personally but i felt she was probably trying to reach a target number of sign ups. Not everyone will feel as anxious as I do but many customers don't want to be approached and pressured. This has never happened to me in leeds before but i may think twice about going in tk maxx stores in future.

   Lovely new TK Maxx in Fosse Park, Leicester. Very clean, very big, sells almost everything, from lady, men & kids’ clothings & foot wears, skin care, bags, suitcases, stuffs for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, gardens, living areas, pets, sports, gadgets… great price, great bargains when u take some time to “search”. Lift in store to go up & down, parking spaces including disabled and parent & children spaces.
