   Staff member about to process a refund, then a ridiculous power tripping manager refused to refund a product mis-categorised for the wrong age group as it had been washed. Had the correct hanger been used I wouldn't have bought the item in the first place as it is the wrong size. Be careful purchasing clothes from here, they use the wrong hangers for the items and then refuse to accept returns. Enjoy the £6.

   Love Primark, great prices, great choices, you just have to check the sizes, as they're sometimes a bit off.. I got 5 pairs of socks for £3.00.. where else can you get that, plus they are decent quality. I especially love that their Nightmare Before Christmas stuff isn't super expensive, like it usually is..

   Only have a ground floor, so it does not hold a lot of stock, and it was very busy. Only the problem was when I paid for my goods, I noticed I had been overcharged by £7 so I had to ask the manager to refund the £7 which I was overcharged, so I would now always check your receipt before leaving the store has the prices are not always correct.

   Great range of reasonably priced clothing. Lots of items that can be mixed and matched. This allows you to purchase a whole new wardrobe full at a very reasonable price that won't break the bank. Allowing you to treat the other members of your family to outfits on the same shopping trip. So everyone is happy. The staff are very friendly and helpful and you can use the fitting rooms to try all your wonderful items on before purchasing to make sure you have the exact size.
