To echo the sentiments of other customers my only experience of this company was dishonest behaviour. Would not recommend.
Avoid at all cost, specially as employee not worth your time.
I started working with the company at the end of December 2024 during a busy period, as most hotels are during that time. The team here is fantastic – lovely, professional, and highly skilled they create a supportive environment. It’s a great place to enhance and develop new skills, and I am enjoying being part of such a positive and dynamic workplace.
Took over from another outsource company while on my six months probation, sacked me to make way for another of there manager, don’t trust this company, they want the earth and treat you like a child, area manager very intimidating, bully tactics and speaks down to you, I wouldn’t recommend working for them, complaint made to HR with a promise of an investigation and a reply, they don’t even bother replying. Like I’ve said don’t trust them
Dont bother applying for any sort possible position they time wasters and womt give you any reasone apsolute discimanation once they found out i am gipsy they failed my probation one week of work no training nothing at all no induction no expectations aposlutly horible company

Honestly appalled with this company. Pay is done biweekly and haven’t been payed after 6 weeks ? I’ve then been accused of not turning up for work and then dismissed. I’ve been commuting long distances in good faith, before the date I originally planned to start.
I have worked here for 2 years and I really enjoy working for the company. There are plenty of opportunities to progress within the company if you want. The support and training i have received is excellent and the staff at head office are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for full time work but they also offer flexible hours that would suit parents or students as well.
