Always been really impressed with the service from the lovely staff. I find ensuring the kids have the right uniform really stressful but they make it so easy!!
We have got our uniform from Palmers for my girls for 7 years and now my youngest is joining secondary. It can feel a little daunting to make sure everything is correct but the ladies in the store make everything so super easy and painless. They are without fail kind and patient with the children and encourage trying on and ensuring the kids feel comfortable. Their ability to pick the right sizes based on just looking at the children is also phenomenal!! They’re also patient with harasses parents and unfailingly helpful and give great guidance and advice. Can’t praise the store or the staff highly enough.

I haver to say I am more than impressed with the service from Palmers, what a difference from the Shirley uniform shop. My daughters school shoes had come apart for some reason but months after the purchse, they exchanged them for me. The staff are always polite and very helful. Highly recommend.
