   Baby Lurve was such a fantastic shopping experience. Natalie was amazing at telling us all about the products we were interested in and letting us try them out. There was no pressure to buy things but just very helpful and useful tips! We feel so much more prepared now and it is very handy to know we don’t need to pick up our purchases until we need them! Will definitely be recommending to other soon to be parents :)

   We came to an appointment with Natalie on Sunday after being recommended the service by a friend. I'll definitely be recommending it to others! What a fantastic service Baby Lurve provides for free. Natalie put us both at ease quickly after feeling the appointment could have been quite daunting with being first time parents. She was very knowledgeable and patient and allowed us the time by ourselves to compare and have a play with the different prams. Allows you to try them in the car to check they fit,bwhich having a smaller car was a worry. We can't thank her enough for her time and highly recommend you book in! Claire

When we need more things as our baby grows we will 100% be back. The selection of products is also really good… lots of choice and will even store things until you feel ready :) Thank you for making our experience so special.

   My husband and I are expecting our first baby in December and were recommended to go and see Natalie at Baby Lurve as we hadn’t yet bought anything which was making me feel a little stressed. Natalie (and her colleague) were AMAZING!! Natalie managed to help us find the perfect pram, car seat and beautiful nursery furniture, in a completely stress free and lovely environment. There was an amazing amount of choice and a great opportunity to really try the prams out which we hadn’t had anywhere else. Her knowledge is absolutely incredible and she was so friendly and helpful. We cannot recommend Baby Lurve enough and we’re so excited to go back for another appointment before our little one arrives to get some finishing touches for the nursery. Thank you Natalie

   I have been to Baby Lurve on a few occasions now as the customer service is just so great. Natalie is really knowledgeable and offers her honest advice so that you find the right product for you and your baby. I have picked up the phone on a few occasions to ask questions about a product and she is always more than happy to help. The store stocks such a good range of products so you can compare items side by side. I purchased our travel stroller and pushchair from Natalie and have been so pleased with them. Cannot recommend this store and their lovely staff enough!

   Absolutely fantastic experience shopping with Baby Lurve paired with customer service that goes above and beyond. The products Natalie lists are actually accurate as opposed to many other retailers who claim they have stock but don't. Natalie managed to secure us an Egg2 in the colour we wanted (arguably the last in the U.K until September!). She even kept her store open later than usual and accommodated a late showing just so we could pick it up all up. Would highly recommend as it genuinely feels like a more of a homely and tailored transaction as opposed to a larger generic retailer one.
