   Sebastian had a very bad experience with his previous groomer and it left me in tears. He has been going to Jane for over a year now and he is very happy. He goes in tail wagging and barking (unfortunately, barking goes with pleasure!) He always looks lovely when he comes out and has a little bag of treats. Jane is brilliant and I have sent many other people to her with complete confidence. Lovely people there and a happy dog

   Jane & Jo were absolutely amazing with my 2 Maine Coon’s - dropped off with matted fur and picked them up silky smooth and knot free which both they & I are extremely grateful for - they are more content since - thanks both, we will definitely be back! Love from grumpy Frankie & Char xx

   I had the pleasure of using AllFourPets Grooming today and felt inclined to write a very well deserved review on this platform. Jo was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the communication between her and client (me) was first class! Jo really took time to get to know my German Shepherd Dog, Frankie, by playing with her in the garden of their dwelling and then the rest was left in Jo's more than capable hands. 2 hours later, Frankie had a flea bath, cut and blow dry and ears, eyes cleaned and paws all clipped and trimmed - looked and smelt amazing when I picked her up, plus a little biscuit treat for Frankie for being such a good girl :). Jo (and Jane) you have a client for life. Amazing set-up out the back and a small grass garden for the dog to have a sniff around and relax before the pampering begins. There are lots of grooming firms in the Chislehurst / Bromley area, but these guys are a cut above the rest (excuse the pun) and you'll be seeing myself and Frankie again.    Our fluffy, long-haired cat, Emily, had lots of knots and tufts on her chest and was in great need of some love and attention provided by AllFourPets. Highly recommend this service for any cat owners out there. Jane and her team did an outstanding job, from the initial phone call to diagnose our issue, throughout the process the communication was excellent, and the end result? A happy, healthy Emily - she looks gorgeous and is much happier, all thanks to AllFourPets - great job, thank you so much for going above and beyond. We'll see you again, very soon!

   I took my British Longhair cat Luna to AllFourPets for her first grooming. Jane explained everything what the grooming service included, and is a very knowledgeable, proffesional, friendly lady. You can tell instantly that the welfare of your pet is so important and gave me great advice on how to groom Luna myself at home. I also appreciated that Jane had taken pictures throughout Luna's groom to show me how she was doing and to see how much furr was removed from the groom. Luna is such a timid shy cat, who hates being brushed, so I was amazed to see how much hair was removed and after her groom Luna seems so much more happy and playful. Thank you so much for your service Jane, and I will be returning with Luna to do your magic again. I'm so happy I found your business! ☺️

   22/09/2018 I have a 4 year old Shih-Tzu who is incredibly friendly and excitable when it comes to meeting new people and dogs and so taking him to a large Groomers is always an interesting and at times tiring experience. The groomers I have used in the past were good at cutting fur, but the distance became inconvenient and price kept increasing with each visit! And I felt the service was not always completely satisfactory (rushed and overly busy). The styling was not always consistent and I notice my pup felt irritated and had sore eyes after visits. I decided to look online and came across Jane at All Four Pets and I can honestly say that I cannot fault her service. Jane welcomed me into her cosy Grooming salon (which smelt amazing) and I met her beautiful pup who clicked with mine straight away. I have never seen my boy so relaxed and happy, he adored Jane from the moment he met her and vice versa. I was instantly at ease and Jane took time to go through the options and actually offered a lot of useful advice and guidance for after-care. She is passionate about her work and the love she has for animals really shows. If anything my pup was sad to leave! I was very pleased with the styling and would recommend Jane and All Four Pets and will be returning in the future!
