   not had good experience. one employee think name was hamid or something kept staring at us and following like we was about to rob the place. sorry but i can sure as hell afford to buy £1 products which aren't even worth it as they break the next day and should not be followed around the store by a little kid who aint even a bloody security guard! felt very unwelcome and could give this a 0 if i could! rest of the staff members were amazing and made me feel very welcome on other occasions however just this one visit was ruined by certain individual. not happy.

   Dear Manager, I am your customer since 1990 from the Octagon Centre. Then I started shopping from slough since 2001. Since then I am your customer. Then I mover to shannon, Republic of Ireland and I still shop from your store. But yesterday I had very horrible experience in your store in shannon which I could not believe it. The type of customer services I got from your Manager name Elli. He was so rude, not polite at all , very loud and unprofessional person I bought Manicure set on 19 sep 2022 at 14: 36 approx. It was not the product i was looking for so brought it back for exchange with reciept with in 15 minutes. The sales girl on the till she opened infront of me and after open the box she said its open so she needs to call the manager. Then Elli came he did not greet me at all. And said very rudely that he cant return it, and said the product is upside down aswell. I said thats how I got it you should not sell product like that is first place. Then he raised his voice and start shouting that he cant return it. I said you should investigate that how come you are selling open product and check cameras. He shouted again that he has no time and he was treating me like that i am a shop lifter and the whole store including customers were listening his shouting and comments and i was feeling so much embarrassment because of his attitude. He was so rude does not know how deal customer complaints and i told him that customers always right and take my complaint as feed back but he was keep screaming and did not want to listen the customer i.e me. He insulted me infront of others only for 1.50 euros. I asked his name and from 4 to 5 feet distance he shouted his name, very unprofessional. Then I went to purchase other items to another till the sales girl refused to serve me and passed me to the store manage (female) till. She was so emotion less, no facial expression. Did not smile at all, did not greet or say hi and did not appologize neither Elli appologized. After service not greeting at all. I dont understand what type of training your staff have. Where is the poundland standard has gone. I remember customer services used be at high leve in poundkand or dealz. But I am very disappointed from the services The way they dealt me in shannon, clare. I decided from now on we will not go to poundland and dealz any more as there are so many stores they are also selling same products but with excellent customer services. Ok fine if you did not want to exchange dont exchane but it could be dealt in polite, nicer and professional way. I will tell my family and friends not to go there. And I will write the blogs in the social media every where possible and share my horrible experience in poundland or dealz. I hope you are going to take my complaint seriously and effectively.

   Always something you want ,very rare you come out empty handed. More range of products now ,but not all a pound. Staff helpful. Bought Car squeegee good quality & works brilliant.
