Stole a 1000 pound bracelet from me. Staff are rude and don't even take complaints. Very bad place, stay away from these wicked people.

Purchased a ps3 online in "good used condition" 4/5 for condition. Arrived with a melted HDMI port and previously opened. Won't refund return postage of £18.55. Absolute con artists.
Bought an item from eBay for a job at home, when I came to use it I found it was quite obviously faulty. Asked to return but had to fight them every step of the way. It was outside the eBay return window but by law you have 6 months. The person I was speaking to even accused me of lying. I eventually got some of my money back, after being £13 out of pocket for postage (refused to refund my return postage for a faulty item) I’d avoid them at all costs, they were rude and obstructive, all I wanted was the working item, which is why I bought it in the first place!

My first purchase via eBay from this store. Their pictures, description and communication were all exemplary. The suggested delivery was amazingly fast, too fast in fact as we were not at home when it was supposed to be delivered. A quick delay with Royal Mail and pick up yesterday revealed a well packed, exactly as described item, which exceeded my expectations. Absolutely over the moon! Bought a diamond ring from this store for my Mum’s 80th Birthday…. It arrived the next day as l did say l needed it yesterday, as usual left everything till the last minute (!) The ring was Stunning and l know my Mum will love it, it’s just What she deserves. The person l spoke to was very helpful and super efficient. Incredibly pleased and would definitely use again and highly recommend…. We need more stores with staff like this. Thank you so much!
